I think most small company won't have issue with that. For the big company,
you may need to talk with the manager or HR. It is not possible until you
try it.

如果不幸 post 了，在 app feedback 里发信把信息告诉它，包括中招的金额，购买时
间，自己的 milageplus number 什么的。
过几天 rep 会回 email 说收到了。再过几天钱会退回来。
其他方式没有。估计 united 这玩意是外包了。打 united 客服是鸡同鸭讲。
不过我中招 2900 多美刀都退回来了。united 总算还厚道。

公司如果考虑你办好了就跑了，他们也许就不会让你办。我的理解。不知道大部分公司
是不是都很在意这个。

那到时reimbursement给了 等refund 了会被收回去吧？

I apologize you had difficulties using the MileagePlus X app. The
MileagePlus app was experiencing an outage on October 5 and October 6. The
pending charges on your credit card should not go through. If they do they
will be refunded automatically.
