收到广告信件25 Mbps，$40/月，结果账单出来时变成$50，电话询问，客服居然说我开
户时确认了就是$50/月的服务。
另外公寓的线路有问题，刚开始三天无网，technician过来修了也没解决问题，但让我
签了一个文件说跟收费无关，只是确认comcast的technician来过了（天大的忽悠）。
第二个月账单收了$40的in home service fee，今天打电话直接被supervisor嘲讽了，
她的原话“it was a valid charge and Comcast will charge a $39.95 in home
visit fee for whatever reason and no matter if the problem got solved or not
.It might sound unreasonable to you but that's the way Comcast does business
.”还说给我免了truck fee和driver 的hour rate算客气了。
大家说这种情况值得BBB或者FCC么？流氓Comcast的所有客服和supervisor都一个腔调

就因为这个，这些utility我用上就不换，一换就有HP。Verizon FIOS，ATT wireless
都用了很多年。
ATT wireless还好，价钱锁定的；FIOS涨价叫一个厉害啊··········

是family合同，我不是主帐号，这种plan好像现在没有了， 算上税大概50一个月。好
几年没有
另外开过internet了，我这条线每月流量平均60G左右，peak month 100G。Spark是
sprint的Triband? 比4G LTE快好几倍吧。Samsung手机可以输入一个指令就可以用
hotspot，不交钱.

1. 门面店去骂人，就说你打电话的时候，没说要收钱。
2. twitter等社交网站上面，@comcast，反应问题。

如果碰到Verizon那么无耻的这些方法都没用！人家就一句we are sorry we made a
mistake but we are not going to fix it and you have to pay for our mistake.

录。

online客服全是阿三，一口一个sir，you confirmed the price when you ordered
the service. Sir, you confirmed the in home visit fee。都是复读机，叫他们调
电话录音说他们没存录音，我问那你怎么确定我confirm的，回答说我们的agent有记电
话notes，真是流氓会武功啊

我一个订单买了Comcast的服务，cable modem加router。本来自己有cable modem 和
router，怕出了技术问题Comcast扯皮，就从他家再买一套。
结果用不久就掉线。打客服电话，远程调试，说我的cable modem有问题，跟他们的网
络不兼容。
我说我从你们买的modem，怎么会不兼容。他说他们从不卖modem, 只出租，用户必须付
月租费，你从哪儿买的modem找谁去。
电话转了无数部门，然后说我买modem的那个网站跟他们没任何关系。
Come on, 我从Comcast.com 同一个订单买的你的服务和cable modem, 你不能睁着眼说
瞎话。
把原始订单的confirmation email发过去，回复是，卖出的只负责硬件问题，不负责网
络兼容问题。
最后Escallate到他们有个CEO邮箱，然后收到Email说已经搞定了，notes added, 让我
打客服电话refund。然后又是一通电话，客服完全不认账。
然后又是CEO邮箱，那边好像也烦了，直接refund，搞定。

我最近搬家开Comcast，想用自己的modem，Self Install激活Internet Only的服务，
接上去没信号。打电话说一定要用他们的Self Installation Kit, $9.95运费，3-5天
才能到，还忽悠我说kit里面有个激活码，收到激活码才能激活。其实根本不需要那个
SIK，那个SIK只是几根网线之类的东西。不得已只能下单，下单以后，立马再打电话过
去，报上modem参数后，说已经帮我在他们那头激活了，不用等SIK我应该就能上网了。
试了半天，还是不行，再打电话，说要派人上门开通。于是那我说你把我SIK的order取
消吧，既然是要人工安装。他说好的。约了5天后。
约定的日子前一天看到家门口有辆Comcast的工程车，一个人在电线杆上捣鼓里一会儿
就走了。我猜想是在给我接线，他们肯定把我房子外面的接头给断了，好赚上门服务费
。于是里面接上modem，一看已经通了。立马打电话给Comcast，取消明天的上门服务，
省了我$50大洋。哼哼，谁让他们提前一天把我外面的线接通了。我估计他们上门的人
和负责外面接通的人是两个部门的。
过了几天SIK还是寄过来了，里面根本就没有什么激活码。再打电话，说不是把SIK取消
了吗，怎么还寄过来？他们就把那$9.95 shipping也refund了。最后一分钱初装费也没
花搞定。
对付Comcast就要以毒攻毒。

为什么大家不用timewarner呢？客服都非常nice，上门服务都免费，目前我用的是25兆
35元每月，随时可以取消，而且取消按天计算，不是按月

对付这种流氓公司还是有办法的，有些重要的电话需要自己来录音，我cancel电信服务
的时候基本都用skype打电话，skype加个插件可以实现录音，存为mp3文件，作为今后
的证据。就允许你录音，难道我就不能录音了吗？
而且这种800的电话skype都免费

我老早就总结过了，一般你们出这种问题的都是喜欢找各种公司客服练习口语的。老美
土著都经常被整，何况你们。老老实实Online order,有问题online chat, 别没事瞎打
电话。

comcast就是个骗子，我也是，本来说45块，结果就变成59，已经被comcast欺骗好几次
了。
可除了comcast,我们这里有centrylink，也是个骗子，反正都是垄断，没其他选择。
centrylink更恶心，当时电话里都说了多少价格我才开户的，然后帐单来了，多一倍，
说我这个地区没有电话里说的那个plan，可我当时都买了modem了，就只好认了。太气
人。
