今天BOA的branch 抱着试一试的心态第一次申请信用卡，居然过了~
没有SSN，也没有工作，没有收入，没有itin（不知道是不是这样写）。总之啥都没有
，这样都能拿到，开心！
请问还有哪家的卡可以申请到么，谢谢大神们~

现公司办的EB2，485递出去已经8个月了，目前因为一些纠纷要跟公司打官司，我不久
也会离开这家公司。这种情况会不会影响我顺利拿到绿卡。公司有权利撤回我的绿卡申
请吗？

EB2跟公司没关系吧，除非是公司给你sponse的。

公司有权revoke你的PERM和I-140.
根据AC21, 你可以在485 pending180天以后换相同或similar领域的工作，而485不会因
此被deny.

The most important thing is that you need to have a new employer, and that
the new employer has the intent to keep you working for them permanently,
even if your previous employer revoke your I-140
