10月中旬交上去的，月底RFE 就来了，公司律师的信这样说，
“We have now fully reviewed the RFE notice from USCIS.
In first part of their two-step test, they found that you do meet the
nominal criteria required for outstanding researcher status. But in step two
, they found that the "totality of the evidence" does not establish that you
are "recognized internationally as outstanding in the academic field."
我的背景是这样的，文章10篇（2篇中文的），8个conference proceedings,
conference presentation 大概20个。 总的citation 60个左右，我是很窄的一个领域
（plasma). 推荐信一共7个，1个比利时的，一个法国的，一个日本的，一个中国的，3
各美国的（包括我公司老板的和 导师的）。
我在一个semiconductor equipment 的大公司里工作。review 10 个(6个journal)。
律师claim了authorhsip, contribution and review. 以前会议里拿过一个本领域比较
好地奖，推荐信里说了，但是律师说不能claim, 没有在 personal statement 里面提。
律师建议我从us top university 在要2个推荐信, 然后再从editor 那里要2封。大家
帮我看看还能怎样在加强一点，我还可以从德国人和南斯拉夫人那边试试推荐信。多谢
