周一收到NIW rfe 的消息，今天收到正式的通知。 恳请大家帮忙看看怎样回复这个rfe。
9月初提交的。 我的背景在提交的时候如下： US 二流大学生物医学工程 PHD，现在
top 2 牛校医院做博后。
10 篇英文journal paper (4 first author),
1st author proceeding,
one 1st author book chapter;
over 10 review for 2 journals and one
conference; over 130 citations （没有把独立的放出来），
7 篇推荐信 （3个独立的， 都是来自美国的推荐信）。
两个月以后，我的citation 是148，多了4个review。
rfe的大意：It is not sufficient that you simply enumerate your qualification
since the labor certification process may reveal that .....Similarly, it
cannot be argued that you qualify for a national interest waiver simply by
virtur of playing an important role in a given project if such a roll could
be filled by competent and available U.S. worker. You must present a
significant benefit to the field of biomedical engineering.
写了好多，说有以下的东西可以交：
1. patent and copyrights
2. Marketed products attibuted to you or your work
3. Grant proposal
4. peer reviewed articles
5. Work that has been evaulated in independent journals (这个和4有什么不一样
？）
6. Evidence that your contribution have provoked an amount of public
commentary in your career field or have been notably cited
7. Independent third-party evidence of the significance of your
contributions to your career field
8. Independent third-party testimony and/or support letters from experts
which discuss your contributions and their results and significance.
9. Evidence of your work being implemented by others.
(contratcs with companies using your products; licensed technology or design
being used by others； patents)
10 Awards for work in your career field
11 Any other pertinent document or piece of evidence in conjunction with
your overall influence over your career field.
