今天下午扫了一下号，状态由Acceptance变为Decision。下面是内容，
Decision
On December 14, 2012, your I140, IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR ALIEN WORKER was
approved. You will be notified of the decision by mail. Please check our
website at www.uscis.gov for further updates on your case, including when
the approval notice is mailed. If you do not receive the approval notice
within 30 days, please call customer service at 1-800-375-5283 for further
assistance.
During this step the formal decision (approved/denied) is written and the
decision notice is mailed and/or emailed to the applicant/petitioner. You
can use our current processing time to gauge when you can expect to receive
final decision.
晚上我再次扫号确认，结果由Decision变回Initial Review, 内容如下：
Initial Review
On December 14, 2012, the 15-day Premium Processing clock stopped on your
I140, IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR ALIEN WORKER. A notice was sent on this date
explaining the specific reason for stopping the premium processing of your
case. This notice will contain detailed information on further action
required by you. Your premium processing receipt notice contains contact
information for direct inquiries on your case.
During this step, USCIS initiates the background checks of the applicant/
petitioner and identifies issues that may need to be addressed either during
an interview or by asking the pplicant/petitioner to submit additional
information or documentation. USCIS reviews the applicant's/petitioner's
