八月底递交的NIW申请没有PP，本以为会等很久，没想到刚刚收到USCIS的邮件说批准了
，整个过程只用了两周的时间！欣喜之余来版上汇报一下，给后来人以参考。整个申请
过程有些具体问题也咨询过板上牛人，得益良多，在此把所用材料大致情况分享一下。
DIY的材料基本全部参考板上精华区的NIW模板，只是针对个人研究部分加以修改。所以
对我的情况，版上的模板应该足够了。推荐信一共找了4封，两封来自前老板和现在同
事，两封indepedent，数量不是很多，但基本上cover了主要研究内容。文章和review
数目还可以，citation很糟糕（20来个），所以没有刻意突出citation的问题。装订上
完全参照版上前人经验，只是将Petition Letter及支持材料与140表格等分开装订，使
用的tab只是将主要category标明而已，文字用ink笔手写。
最后文末附上所用cover letter，其他具体材料参考精华区足矣。
PS:问一下现在做什么？是不是就是等485排期了？

Classification Sought: 203(b)(2) NIW
Dear USCIS Immigration Officer:
The following is respectfully submitted in support of xxx’s petition for
classification as an advanced degree professional/alien of exceptional
ability qualified for a National Interest Waiver (NIW).
Specifically, the evidence submitted will prove that:
a. xxx seeks employment in an area of substantial intrinsic merit;
b. The proposed benefit of xxx’s work is national in scope; and
c. The national interest would be adversely affected if a labor
certification were required.
Please find attached the following documentation in support of this petition:
1) Form I-140 with filing fee in the amount of $580 (Package 1)
2) Form ETA-750 Part B, two copies (Package 1).
3) Form G-1145 (Package 1)
4) Other documents showing xxx's legal status and job offers (Package 1)
5) Petition letter along with an Exhibit list (Package 2)
6) Documents support the petition letter (Exhibit 1-yy) (Package 2)
