14个月后RFE，奇葩地绿了# Immigration - 落地生根

我们的140和485都很奇葩呀！
I485 Received Date：2012年6月27日
EAD/AP：2012年8月9日
指纹：2012年8月某日
Request for Evidence: 2013年8月13日
USCIS got Response of RFE: 2013年8月29日
I485 Approved Date: 2013年9月4日
Card Ordered Date: 2013年9月4日
Card Mailed Date: 2013年9月6日
收到主副卡: 2013年9月10日
如果把所有2012改成2013，或者所有2013改成2012，该是多么地喜庆啊！
没有包子，也不用RE，以免粘上晦气。
之间做过两次Service Request，没有任何反应。今年4月份开始找州议员，第一个没太
起作用，6月份又找了另一个，好像起了作用，之间还让我们签授权协议以帮助我们
follow-up。收到RFE后赶紧又去同一个医生那里做体检，只需要重新测梅毒和肺结核。
然后两个人重做了一遍485材料寄回去。
期间领导EAD很爽地工作，我也很爽地半年前辞职创业，马照跑，娃照看，虽然我心中
默默地撸了USCIS很多遍。
附上RFE的信，给后人一些参考。

Permanent Residence or Adjust Status with a new fully completed Form G-325A;
sign them and send them to the address on the attached gold sheet.
2. Submit copies of all supporting documents as required on the instruction
sheets, including birth and marriage certificates with their proper
certified English translation, offer of proposed employment from your
employer, evidence of maintenance of status, copies of your current and
expired passports and medical exams completed by a designated civil surgeon.
The medical exams must be submitted in a sealed envelope.
3. No fee required. PLEASE do not send any money.
4. Please secure the attached gold cover sheet and this letter on top of the
application and supporting documents.
5. Mailto this office at the above address for processing.
You will be notified when a decision has been made on your Application.
