I bought this xbox as a Christmas gift, and recently the CD portion of the
game isn't working. It jams and doesn't run.
In fact, in broke a movie. Please get back to me ASAP, as to how we can
get this corrected, if not, then replaced.

CLAIM WARRANTY 就是我不管，让他直接找厂家吗？

我能不能请病人CANCEL A-Z claim呢？
然后REFUND他一笔钱，让他找厂家。这个可行么？能CANCEL的吗？

直接告诉amazon，这人就是刷赖的。
