Mr. XXX filed with USCIS on May 24, 2017.
USCIS electronic records indicate that a standard element of the background
check process has been initiated in Mr. Li’s permanent residency case; and
it is not yet complete. The adjudication of the Form I-485 filed by your
constituent will continue to be held in abeyance at the Nebraska Service
Center (NSC) until after the necessary clearance is received in this case.
After the aforementioned clearance is received, the Alien File (A-File)
containing your constituent’s Form I-485 may be referred to an
administrative review. This review will confirm the appropriate placement
of this case in the processing queue from which they may be assigned to an
officer for adjudication at the NSC.
当时的情况是BC还没结束。
NOV 09 打电话给Tier 2 问道 last touch 是NOV 06
这是不是说明我的BC 已经结束了呢？
求大家给个解答。
