楼主刚来美国三个月，希望能在暑假做一份不给钱的暑期实习（楼主没有CPT）

My EB1B 140 passed in Dec, however, the company continued to hold off my
I485 application. Last week was told that I got laid off and last day will
be end of Feb. I was also told that they will revoke my h1b 1 month after my
last day.
My question, in this case, can I still use 140 approval notice and the old
company employment verification letter to apply for 485?
