昨天晚上6点多变成initial review,今早变成RFE，大家帮忙看看要如何回复，谢谢
补充下，我博士毕业，现在博士后到今年6月才3年，第二条要怎么回复，谢谢大家
1. The record must document that the petitioner has made a qualifying
offer of employment to the beneficiary. Submit evidence that a qualifying
offer of employment exists. Evidence of the offer of employment shall be in
the form of the initial employment offer letter addressed to the beneficiary
of petition from
a. A united states university or institution of higher learning offering
the beneficiary a tenured or tenure-track teaching position in the
beneficiary’s academic field;
b. A United States university of institution of higher learning offering
the beneficiary a permanent research position in the beneficiary’s academic
field; or
c. A department, division, or institute of a private employer offering
the beneficiary a permanent research position in the beneficiary’s academic
field. The department, division, or institute must demonstrate that it
employs at least tree persons full-time in research positions, and that is
has achieved documented accomplishments in an academic field.
2. The record must document that the beneficiary has at least 3 years of
experience in teaching and/or research in the academic area. The evidence of
record is insufficient to support that the beneficiary teaching and/or
research in the academic area. Evidence of teaching and/or research
experience shall be in the form of
a. Letter from current or former employers and shall include the:
Name
Address
Title of the writer, and
A specific description of the dates of the beneficiary’s employment/
experience and duties performed by the beneficiary.
