It is not necessary to provide a testimonial from any journal regarding the
selection criteria for peer-reviewers. We generally do not include this
evidence and it has never been a problem.
找了一个senior editor帮忙写testimony,于是问律师要draft，这么干脆的回答，再次
迷茫了
The issue with the book index was not that the source was unreliable, but
rather that this information is unnecessary and distracting. The fact that a
book citing your work has been indexed is unlikely to add any strength to
your petition, and discussing another publication at too great a length can
distract from your own work.
