hp就是一heater + 石器时代的电风扇，e-垃圾
目标是thinkpad一个水平的电脑不知道现在有什么品牌能备选
我的预算是<=700,需求是散热好噪声小速度快我自己要换现在的固态硬盘所以容量
不在乎

Title: Remineralization of initial enamel caries in vitro using a novel pep
tide based on amelogenin
Abstract: The purpose of this study was to design and synthesize a novel pep
tide based on the amelogenin, and assess its ability to promote the reminera
lization of initial enamel caries lesions. Enamel blocks were demineralized
for 3 days to form initial lesions, then subjected to 12-day pH cycling in
the presence of peptide, NaF (positive control) and HEPES buffer (negative c
ontrol). Samples were sliced and examined by polarized light microscopy and
transverse microradiography. Enamel treated with peptide and NaF had shallo
wer, narrower lesions and thicker remineralized surfaces than did enamel tre
ated with HEPES. Samples treated with peptide and NaF also showed significan
tly less mineral loss. Our novel novel peptide can significantly enhance rem
ineralization of initial caries and inhibit caries progression.
