刚打电话Tier1, 被告知，虽然网上更新processing time 4 months.
但是NSC有点delay, 他们还在处理Feb02的cases,所以Feb02之后的cases暂不能做SR

已经在网上做了SR，
不知能否成功

你怎么在网上SR的？
我的RD和你差不多，但网上SR总是说“Your application or petition is currently
within the posted processing times”。

貌似三月初的case不让SR...
从case tracker上查
03/16 RD的case还有81%在processing
02/13 RD的case还有44%在processing
01/16 RD的case还有20%在processing
三月大潮快来吧...
羡慕嫉妒恨四五月RD的已经绿了的...
