七月份找了国会议员，TSC给议员的回信完全就是格式，连背景调查做完没都没提：
HI XXX,
I-485 - We understood that you constituent is trying to adjust his status
based on a EB1 category. However, according to the processing time from our
web-site, as of today, TSC is currently working on applications that were
received in Oct 2014. In other words, there is an approximately 10-months
processing time. Our record shows that TSC received your constituent’s
application in April of this year.
三周前找了俩参议员办公室，都回复会帮我问TSC，一个刚收到TSC的回复：
Good morning xxx,
A request has been sent for the I485 case (A206963XXX) to be sent to the
I485 Supervisor to be given to an officer for review based upon I140(
SRC1511550XXX) and upon review, notification of the decision will be set to
your constituent within thirty days
看起来背景调查已经结束，文件正在排队等officer的最后审查？
