之前就各种状况，这印度两口子把握当使唤丫头。能待下去肯定拿了绿卡再走，不冒险。
想着才来几个月，申了绿卡拿了EAD就走丢确实说不过去。也想着给他多留点时间，所
以和他说这一两个月找工作。目前我还没拿到EAD,老板开始天天变本加厉的挑刺刁难我
。一会说
我偷偷丢了他的贵重试剂。一会说我来了走是占他便宜。一会说就应该早点报告啥啥。
一会又说以后早晨必须八点到。一天过问十道我在干啥。

他越是在工作上刁难你，越说明暂时还得依赖你。再忍忍吧，拿到EAD就不用怕了。

I already go to HR to complain him and his wife. You are right, I still do
think that I should stay home for relaxing.Just worried the EAD maybe need

我也犯了同样的错误，在没搞定下家之前就告诉老板要走人。教训深刻啊。
既然你已经去过 HR 了，HR 有没有step in 或者什么建议没有？

Update, I got EAD approved just 15 mins ago and got a Postdoc offer just one
hour ago! If I leave today, but they will cry about it. All the mice are in
my hand, Without several days transfer, they will lost a lof!! For sure I
will not do it,although I want to do it.

就像楼上说的，提前两个星期给notice就不错了。另外，向HR投诉绝对是非常正确的一
步！
