申绿卡这事儿真是拼运气，一个朋友用和我一样的模板，只用了一半我的时间就收到了
卡。中间做了几次SR,开始的回复没有任何价值 （U.S. Citizenship and Immigration
Services (USCIS) records indicate your application is currently pending and
has been pre-adjudicated. Final review by an officer is dependent upon
approval of the Form I-140 as well as visa availability based on your
category and priority date），最后一次是Your case is currently under review
by an officer. You should receive a decision, correspondence or notice of
other action within 60 days of the date of this letter.一周以后就绿了，感觉
under review 还是比较靠谱的。
关于出生公证，我们用的是老的版本，不是所谓的6页新版本，开始一直担心会被RFE,
还好顺利过了。我有认识的朋友用老版本被RFE, 又重新折腾了一次6页新版本，也有几
个朋友用的都是老版本没有被RFE.
总结就是拼的是运气，材料扔出去之后我们无法控制，只有看你材料的那位决定要不要
折腾你！
