如果一个中国学者，在中国递交140,走EB1A or NIW。他140批了之后，能申请什么签证
来美国开学术会议之类？如果是EB1A的140批了的话，应该能申请AP往返中美。如果是
NIW，140批了，在Priority Date current之前，不能递交485的话，有什么签证可以短
期访美？谢谢！

B1，成功率相对较高，不过也有被拒的可能性
境外即使EB1A过了也拿不到AP

No, not really. he needs to file I-485 in USA, and some risk of fraud charge
by IO at I-485 adjudication if filing I-485 during this short 学术会议 B1
stay.
