今天刷出来一条信息，上面写的case was transferred and a new office has
Jurisdiction。
这个是什么意思呢？两周前收到过case transfer notification 通知。难道又被
transfer了？
此外，到目前为止还没有收到EAD和AP，这个正常吗？
