我是485pending,但是我的485是副申请人，我老公是申请人，他在国内。
我老公说，EAD/AP 卡会批。。。。我想离婚，想要自由，但是离婚就意味着我的身份
不合法。。
有没有律师可以帮我看看。。谢谢了。
In order for us to proceed with your case, and see which option is best we
must first do FOIAs (Freedom of Information Act Requests) requesting the
government give us the information they have on you. You had previously
submitted documents with immigration and as xx told you in your consult in
December, we have to research all of those integrations in order for us to
go forward. This information will be the determining factor that confirms
the best course of action for your case whether it be your eligibility for
your Green Card or to switch your status to H1B. Please let me know if you

Have you been keeping valid H1B status and has been working for the H1B
sponsor? If yes, you don't need to do anything.
If no, ask your employer to get you H1B I-797 approval notice and reenter US
with H1B visa stamp.
Then, You will be in H1B status no matter of I-485 outcome
