1. 在USCIS网站上打开的I-130右上角标着”Expires 07/31/2018”, 这不是过期了么
，可也没找到更新的新表阿
2. Part 1, #2, “select the box that describes your relationship”, 为父母申
请绿卡，我是该选”child was born to parents who were married to each other
at the time of the child’s birth”么
3. Part 2, # 28,29, 34, 35, city/town/village of residence, country of
residence是填父母在国内的居住地址么
4. Part 4, # 61a, 61b, “the beneficiary is in the US and will apply for
adjustment of status at the USCIS office in __” 是填local的地址么 （我在
cleveland，于是就填了cleveland, OH）
I-485
1. Part 2, #2, “are you applying for adjustment based on the immigration
and nationality act section 245i?” 我应该选”No”对吧
2．Part 8, #56, 问是否是共产党，父母都是党员，但早已退休，不知道该answer yes
or no
3. Part 8, #63b, “if your answer to Item Number 63a is yes, do you believe
you had reasonable cause?”, 是该选”No”还是空着
I-864
1. Part 3, #1, “I am sponsoring the principal immigrant named in part 2”,
我应该选”Yes”吧，父母分别file自己的I-864，在表格里不需要写the other parent
的信息吧
2. Part 3, #29，number应该填“1”对吧
3. Part 4, #5, “country of domicile”应该填”USA”对么
4. Part 6, #8,9, 我的税后收入比federal poverty guideline的125%稍稍高了一点，
还需要把老公列为household sponsor么，那么他需要file I-864A，这样是不是通过的
可能性高一点
