Background:
Engineering, 26 publications, 316 Citations, and 97 Reviews. The first
filing was prepared by another law firm and the case was denied after RFE.
The client retained us for the second EB1A Petition filing. We prepared
reference letters, advised the client regarding all aspects of case
preparations, and drafted the petition Letter. The case was approved by
USCIS on Nov. 07.
