另外，这个表格是在ONSITE之前填的，请问，真的有人去查你现在公司的薪水么？可是
填表格的时候，不是说，不可以联系现在的雇主了么。他们怎么查？

but then why we still have the right not to let them contacting my current
employer?
i think if they are checking that part, my current employer would definitely
knows that I'm interviewing other companies.......

They won't contact before they extend you an offer. They will start checking
after you accept the offer. If they found you lied, they will rescind the
offer for sure.

I think it's not your previous employer's obligation to provide your salary
info, as long as you do not need the sponsorship.

well, then it is complicated... why it should be related with the
sponsorship? I dont need current company to sponsor for me but the future
company. So i thought only the salary in future would matter for the
sponsorship......
