没什么用处，就是写了礼貌一下，对offer决定没有任何影响。

When I'm hiring, thank-you letters won't really matter if you happen to be
the only candidate who can do the job. But if there are close competitors, I
'll certainly pick the one who takes his/her time to show respect toward his
/her future coworkers by writing a thank-you note--even if the other candidate
is slightly worse than you.

Agree.
But I usually don't write thank you letters. The company hires you
mainly depends on your ability to do the job. If you are a business
major, I would suggest you write thank you letters. For engineers, we
don't care...
