被老印中介公司买猪仔，中间估转了好几个中介
最后和大公司面试，雇佣双方都很满意
大公司给钱给烙印，烙印再给我
现在烙印只给给40/hour,(PhD, 4year experience) 是不是低了些？
多少合适，烙印谎话连篇，就是不肯涨
大公司一般给他们多少？
大家觉得怎么对付这群烙印？

How can you expect ppl to tell it is high or low pay without your industry
information or position title?
Generally say, u need pay medical, security staff by self. 40/hr is really
low.I would ask 50-60 dollar based on A-3's offer if I were you.

Unless you have no choice absolutely, you should not accept this.
I suspect the Indian consulting company is taking the majority part
away. (
maybe even 60%)
That is ridiculous.
What benefit did they offer?
Avoid Inidan consulting company and networking on your own. You will get
a
better offer.
Dress up, be confident and go out to talk, even to strangers.

不过想赚点经验，工作不好找啊
是材料化学的博士
50有可能吗？
烙印加到45，说是final的，他们要收回offer如果还不接受

如果是地点合适，经验更重要

如果只是为了涨经验，就去，但是一定不要待的太久。最讨厌这些剥削人的A3了

40很正常啊，一般的地方，加州那种地方除外，我们这里也算个大城市吧，也有给50-
60一小时啊，可是那个是要15年经验啥都精通那种，我想都不敢想，一般的就40吧，Sr
