Minimum Qualifications:
* 5 or more years of software development experience
* 3 - 5 years experience building Java applications
* 3 - 5 years experience building relational database applications
* Experience with Oracle
* Experience with JMS / WebSphere MQ
* Experience with Spring framework
* Experience with XML technologies such as XML, XSLT
* Experience with object oriented analysis and design
* Ability to adjust and set work priorities to meet deadlines in a fast
paced environment
* Strong written and verbal communication skills, including presentation
skills
* Ability to work effectively in a professional manner with technology staff
* Ability to work independently. Self-motivated with ability to drive
projects
Preferred or Desired Qualifications:
* Experience with browser technologies such as JavaScript, HTML, CSS, AJAX
* Experience with NewsML
* Experience with Hibernate and Lucene frameworks
* Experience with Maven
* Experience with Agile development practices
