说好了两轮结果又来信：
Thank you for interviewing with us at xxx univ for the Software Engineering
internship opportunity at Google!
Before we move forward, we would like to conduct an additional phone
interview to collect some more data points on your technical background. My
colleague, xxx (CCed), will be setting up your phone interview and is
managing your candidacy going forward.
Please reply all and let us know your availability for this week and next.
We look forward to learning more about you.

科普一下，google面试每轮会有个打分（参见careercup ceo 写的书： the google
resume），最高3.4, 最低3.1, 正常的full time，要求有个平均分的bar，还有必须有
一个Interviewer impressive，也就是一个3.4，等价于这个interviewer做出了 hire
的决定
当平均分接近bar且没有3.4的情况下，会再setup一轮，看看你的表现，一般看板上的
经验，这一轮比较难，可以考古一下以往的面经，有人经过3轮的
