请问拿到offer 后 Oracle 的background check一般查什么？会查以前公司的salary吗？

How can they find out previous salary?
During the interview, I told HM 10% more than I am earning now
since my salary is far lower than market value. Worry about
background check will find out and fail.

To find out your current base salary is one of the major purpose of the
background check. 10% is not worth the risk ...

do they contact with the prior employer to find out the previou salary or
other way?

I dont think background check will check your previous salary.
Salary is kind of confidential information for a company, you previous
companies have no right to give out their company salary information to any
of your third party background checkers.
