找了一个明年暑假的intern，现在需要办export control license，我的签证明年1月
就过期了，而且我目前没有寒假回国的打算，我必须要回国续签吗？
另外我去填办export control的表（是公司委托给另外一家律师公司的），里面有个问
题：
Please indicate whether you intend to reside permanently in the United
States and, if applicable, the steps you have taken to gain permanent
residence or citizenship status.
这个该怎么回答？F1 visa不是说不能有移民倾向吗？但是公司是不是希望你有永久在
美国居住的打算？
