谢谢大伙的回帖和联系，在这里做一个统一回复。
1）站内联系的，我会每份单独回
2）上述senior position 应该需要C/C++, JAVA可能够呛 除非简历有亮点 （不需多，
一个就行 ：）
3） Junior position不限语言，但不是固定到上述组。公司会培训10-16周， 然后双
向选择小组。
4） 关于面试，Senior应该是C/C++ related, concept/design/coding. Junior is
likely (depends on interviewers) less focussed on language, but more on
problem solving/general coding.
5) Please do let me know when you apply and put me as referral (a few of you
have done so). I won't be interviewing you for obvious reasons, but will be
able to follow up with the interviewers and track the progress, especially
for the senior positions.
6) It is my intention to reply all the emails that are sent as private. If
you don't hear from me within couple of days, it is likely missed
unintentionally and please buzz me again.

再次谢谢大伙的兴趣。a quick update:
1) Senior position: 4 out of 5 applications are being scheduled for phone
interview. (the interview will much likely focus on c/c++ concept/design/
writing code, so stay sharp :))
2) I also got quite a few interests from fresh graduates, whom I have
directed to the junior position. that will the company-wise hire/interview/
training. c/c++ is not a strict requirement, interview can be about general
programming/problem solving, depend on the experience.
3) I also got some who have applied bb before/recently and got rejected. In
that case, re-apply/referral can be tricky. in general, BB doesn't allow
that unless your experience has "changed" since you applied lastly.
4) again, my intention is to reply all who contacted in private. If you don'
t hear from me, that must be by accident, and do buzz me again. (I would
appreciate that rather than being annoyed)
5) for the junior applicants, because of the number of applicants and
because they are not handled by people around me, I may not be actively
monitoring your status, unless you remind me. So feel free to keep me posted
if you hear anything from HR, then I can dig into the system.
