早先吃了一张很冤枉的罚单，$71没有付，想上庭申诉的。上庭那天去，跟Prosecutor谈
了，知道申诉无望，当天因为还有事，就离开了。第二天，给法庭寄了支票。
可是今天突然收到Notice of warrant for arrest issued，还说要去警察局报到。
To avoid the embarrassment and inconvenience of your pending arrest, it is
suggested that you report to the police department for the purpose of posting
bail. Bail amount is 2500.00
....
If you do not post bail, the court may order the revocation of your driving
privileges.
我真是欲哭无泪啊，现在不知道该怎么办了。我已经交了罚款，估计他们还没处理到。有
明白的大虾吗？现在是不是我一定要交保释金啊？这个bail会退的吗？请大虾执教，先谢
了！

you left without talking to the judge or signing anything? if so you got a
default judgment against you.

go talk to the police and show them the proof that you have paid the fine. if
you can't prove it, and they don't have the record, pay the bail. you will
get the bail back.
