收到律师的信, 他说他是律师所里唯一打伤害赔偿官司的律师, 所以他辞职了以后他原来
所在的的律师事务所就不能再继续我的官司了.这个理由可以吗? 他的信如下:
So XXX Law office has the option to terminate the attorney fee agreement. If
you cannot find a suitable attorney by the end of this month, then XXX Law
will have no choice but to officially terminate the attorney client agreement
and send the entire file back to you.

well, let me put in this way - yes, they surely can terminate the
attorney-client relationship for whatever reason that factually prohibits them
from representing you.
But the bottom line is that the termination won't adversely affect your
interest, which means that if you incur any additional cost because of their
sudden withdrawal, they should fully reimburse you for every extra buck you
suffered.
