I got these 2 JD offers, 30K/year from NWU, but i hate Chicago the city, and I
doubt if NWU places well in east coast, any suggestions?

If I were you, I'd definitely choose NWU. For three reasons:
1.The $30K/year. This is a lot for any top school's aid package.
2.The Kellogg factor, as rosedancer has mentioned. You can actually get both
JD and MBA from NWU in THREE years. And I think if you plan to do corporate
practice, getting an MBA is not a bad idea, especially when there is no
additional cost.
3.This is also a big factor. I believe all NWU foreign students are given
additional exam time throughout the three years, regardle

Are you serious? The extra time is almost unbelievably good--if they do it
here, I seriously doubt if a riot will follow because it will give an immense
advantage to foreign students.
My schoolmates are extremely competitive--the model answers for a 3 hours exam
are usually 18-25 pages long. The biggest prize I've achieved here is that now
I totally lost my confidence and self-esteem because it seems to me making
into the top is almost impossible. I could always be very active in class--I
