n IP attorney for its rapidly expanding patent litigation group. The ideal can
didate should hold JD degree from a top law school and have excellent academic
credentials. Tech background is preferred but not a must. Previous IP litigat
ion practice/summer experience and California Bar license are plus. Compensati
on starts from $125,000/year for first year and will be commensurate with clas
s year.

Unfortunately we won't get any referral bonus for this position - only filling
out positions listed on the website or being handled by headhunters would
satisfy. Besides, most referral bonus only applies to bringing in lateral
candidates.
The partner of the recruiting group is an extremely nice person. He came to
the US as a foreign F1 student but now has become an equity partner of a major
firm in the nation. The group is absolutely one of the most profitable groups
in this area. I'm so proud o
