Why? How can you be so sure that the social worker is responsible for this?
With no offense to the OP's friend, but I have to question the original reason
that social work took their kid away from them? In most cases, it is due to
abuse and negligence. What if the DHCS has sufficent evidence to establish
that the child was abused badly even before they took him/her away and they
have done everything they can but still cannot save him/her?

不管为什么孩子被带走，
想从自己死亡的孩子身上赚钱的也不是什么好主。
