今年一月份刚签的lease，今天房东把我叫去，说，
我住的1-bedroom要扒了，给我调到一个2-bedroom去，
搬家费他出，房租比别人少要我50，那也很贵比我现在这个1-bedroom，
我说才签lease，他说这房子一定要扒，要么搬到那去，要么悉听尊便，
如果强迫让我搬走，法律允许吗？至少也有赔偿吧？
法律用时方恨少，敬请大侠指教！

??--What does it mean? If it is goverment conduct,you can ask the landlord to
share the reimbursement.:)
The landlord cannot ues any unlawful means to make you move even if the lease
expires, but he can sue you anyway under that circumstance.
In this case, it seems it is the landlord who breached the lease.You are
entitled to some damages. Check the clause of your lease.

房子是私人的，不，是上帝的，现在归教会管，教会想扒就扒，全由他们
说了算，lease里好象只规定了房客违约了怎么办，没提房东违约了怎么办，
我回头再细读读。
