SAN FRANCISCO—Freescale Semiconductor Inc. plans to transfer its 3G
cellular intellectual property (IP) to Beijing Capital Semiconductor in a
deal valued at between $30 million and $40 million, according to a market
analyst.
The sale of the IP is the direct result of Freescale's plan to monetize its
wireless assets after the company was unable to sell its Cellular Products
division last year, according to Will Strauss, president of Forward Concepts
Inc.

简单说来，我的车被撞了，对方保险公司赔了。因为我的车是新车，我偶然知道可以索赔
diminished value (DV). 我自己跟保险公司只能讨价还价在$500左右，于是在网上找
了一家公
司帮我讨价还价，说好付对方30%+$100.
然后1年过去了，迄今没有什么实质进展。该公司来信说，准备起诉保险公司，让我改
签合同，付他们
40%+所有可能支出。这个"所有可能支出“把我吓住了，我不同意这样写，而他们也没
有改的意思。
就这样又僵持了半年左右。
然后我决定跟该公司解除所有合同，已经发certified mail + email + FAX，要求解除
合同。
同时把这封信寄给了保险公司。
保险公司回信说，需要该公司书面通知他们，才能有可能再继续和我本人讨论这个case
。否则不能跟
我谈论任何情况。
很显然这个公司到现在为止也没有通知保险公司他们已经不能代理我了。现在他们声称
已经进行到法
律诉讼程序，先期付了$500。我以前没有签任何有关诉讼的东西。而且他们还继续在和
保险公司谈判
我的赔偿数额问题。
问题：
1. 怎么样让这个无赖公司不能再继续作为我的代理人？
2. 没有我的签
