各位，大家好！
我想问问关于孩子抚养费的问题。我和丈夫是国内结婚的。丈夫在美国工作H1，我和女
儿去年回到国内生活。孩子今年上一年级。由于丈夫外遇，准备离婚。丈夫估计不愿意
回国和我打官司，可能是请代理人。
现在想问问关于离婚后，孩子抚养费的问题。
1 应该要多少钱呢？曾经看到的信息应该是丈夫每月工资的20%。也有人说每月2000人民
币，可是这个可能不够呢？！
2 如何执行？他人在国外，而我在国内，是否可以找一个执行担保人？比如丈夫的家人？
如果他不给的话，可以要求强制执行的。
3 可否要求丈夫现在写下关于愿意付多少抚养费的字据，用英语和汉语，然后可以去公证
（nortorization）。这样的字据有法律意义吗？

我只有一个女儿，6岁半，刚上一年级。
丈夫的收入，应该是税后的钱给孩子，对吧？听起来挺好的。
但是，我在国内，怎么去美国打官司呢？就算是办探亲访友，（我有亲戚在美), 也不能
拖拖拉拉的打官司，更何况我还要工作挣钱养孩子呢？
你有什么建议吗？

am replying now.
I have read your postings. It is true that you should use American court
instead of a PRC court. (I am a non-lawyer from Taiwan, so I know little about
China in the first place.) But that is only if you are qualified. You see,
all divorce laws in US are within the domain of a state you and your husband
live or lived. The state law of that state will specify how long you both have
to live there before y

Can you think about give you husband your daughter?
if your english is ok, try to go to school or find a job in US.You can go to
US easily if your huaband can help you. Tell him you want to give your
daughter a better life.Try to live close to your daughter and let your husband
support you for some time until you can support yourself and then you can
live with your daughter.

I will give you two examples about qualifications to invoke a state court.
In Massachusetts where I live, both husband and wife must have lived together
in this state in order to use Massachusetts state court. See Chapter 208,
section 4 of Massachusetts statute:
