industries for promoting violence by exposing the American public, and

it doesn't matter which side you take. Basically you just pick one side by
briefly going through your reasons. Then you go by analyzing the pros and
cons of both sides. following by why your side makes more sense, and attack
on the weakness of the opposing side. Finally conclude your analyze with key
points. That's it.

Issues may come up from 1st Amendment and substantive Due Process. But this
is more like a policy question. What do you guys think?
