I have a problem right now and just wonder if anyone here can do me a favor.
Here's the thing. Recently I just got a job offer and signed the "Employment
Agreement" last week. The contract said the term will expire one year after
the Commencement Date. It also mentioned that " The employee agrees that if
the employee terminates this agreement prior to the termination date or
term date, the employee will pay the company a sum of tree thousand dollars(
