我和女儿回国后饮用含三聚氰胺的圣元奶粉，虽然目前没有查到结石，但三聚氰胺已证
实有致癌性（美国国立卫生院1983年的三聚氰胺致癌性报告），2008年的动物实验还证
实会造成肾小管坏死，肾功能衰竭。问题比结石要严重得多。但在国内维权前景暗淡。
好在圣元乳业在美国上市，其控股公司是圣元国际http://www.synutra.com/

基本上都是各个电视台自己搞。fox和nbc的可以去hulu。abc的去abc自己的player。

The tortious actions didn't really happen in the States, therefore any class
action brought here will run into serious jurisdiction problems.

That's right. You probably cannot sue in an American court since the product
has never been placed into stream of commerce in the States, even though
Synutra is a US corporation that owns all the production facilities in China
. You sure have soem arguments, but they are probably not strong enough to
overcome jurisdiction hurdles.
