一,买钢琴
先说一句,这边老师帮学生买钢琴没有回扣.
建议大家先看wings的帖子再看我的,我这个写的话太多.自己看着都长.不过为了赚包子,也只能硬着头皮写.请大家原谅
对于一般人来说,买钢琴无非就是两种选择:upright&baby grand.
可以选择的钢琴品牌也无非就是常见的yamaha ,kawaii,seiler,baldwin,Nordiska,

现在有一定LABOR 方面的经验, 工资纠纷, WORKPLACE DISCRIMINATION 之类的. 也有
潜在客户源. 不想花三五年的尽力去考一个用处不大的JD. 有没有办法?
我能不能FORM一个LLP,然后CONTRACT几个PARALEGAL 或 LAWYER?

客户问法律问题，难道都把电话转给公司里面有bar的律师？

不要紧，不过是非法practice law，违反了一些ethic code而已。如果被举报最多是你
雇的律师被disbarred，然后你被罚点钱而已。客户要是告你，连夜关门跑了就是了。

lawyers are prohibited by ethical regulations from sharing profits with non-
lawyers.
But I know some non-lawyers operate in the gray area and run quasi law
practices. They're not bound by the ethical regulations since they are not
lawyers themselves. The risks are on the lawyers who do business with them.

我建议你就别再问了，自己偷偷摸摸该干嘛干嘛吧。如果出个三长两短的，别说是这里
