因我要9月3号出差回国直到9月21号回来，老公时间又太紧，想找人能帮我们在这三周
里送孩子去学校。男孩，6岁半，在Fort Lee #1 上小学。我们住在Fort Lee High
School 附近。老公每天早上6：00AM 必须出门，所以需要人从6：00到8：00看护好孩
子并在8：15左右把孩子送到学校。下午不需要接孩子。请有意者致电215-300-8771。

有必要补牙么大概多少钱? 我的dental insurance很一般,只能每年洗两次牙的那种

How typical is it for a partner to hire agents without specifying billable
hour target? Does this reflect how nice the partner is or it's just a

Yes, you need to have it checked out. If the enamel is broken, the
underlying dentin is vulnerable to decay.
Dentist's exam + X-ray: ~$150, simple restoration: $100/ea.
If you have dental insurance at all, it has to cover more than routine
cleaning. Read the policy carefully.

you can either ask your partner how many hours are expected or shoot for (
your annual salary)/(billing rate/5).

Well. I asked. The answer was more emphasis is placed on the quality of the
work, rather than some arbitrary number. So I really didn't get a number....
.. Another team member mentioned something like 1500. I guess that's on the
lower end.

quality is definitely important, but remember, your firm is a business. it
must make money.
you can ask several other colleagues about their hours. my formula can also
be used as a rough guideline.
