以前一直以为是脚气，后来才发现是一颗一颗的小水泡，应该是
湿疹。请问美国这边有没有over the counter的药卖？那些治疗
athelete foot的都应该是治疗脚气的吧？

以前看哪个帖子说，需要有派出所的出生证明复印件做为第一证据initial evidence,
然后辅以英文公证，只有公证书作为辅助证据不行。是不是这回事儿？

Meghan和Chayne赢了，很好，Meghan估计比世界上80%的男人都强壮。
但是TAR不能再有这些男女相处得很好的组合了，很boring。
Nick/Starr, Vic/Tammy，Meghan/Chayne...Meghan/Chayne都一起五年了，比兄妹还磨
合得更好。

昨天下班打开手机后，发现高中的微信群里炸了。看着聊天界面里一个个熟悉而陌生的
头像，忽然觉得，真的好久好久没和他们联系了。
我怀着好奇往上找聊天记录，我想知道，究竟是什么事情会让沉默了近五年的群变得这
么活跃。
当我在翻到群里下午3:45的界面时，我看到了一张照片，确切地说，是一张婚纱照。而
照片中的新郎和新娘，虽然变了模样，但我还是认出了李立远和邬倩倩。照片后面是同
学们跟风的祝福，其中不乏羡慕嫉妒的声音。
我实在想不通为啥他俩走到了一起，就像所有的狗血剧一样，男生恰好是班里最调皮捣
蛋不务正业的那种，却对班里学习最好的姑娘爱得死心塌地。
再想想，其实，李立远长得也还不错，时不时还能装出一副忧郁王子的气质。
关键是他对邬倩倩是真的好。且不说在教室公然给邬倩倩过生日，听说李立远还给邬倩
倩写了N多的情书，一天一封那是家常便饭。
我记忆里比较深刻的事情，则是上学的时候，李立远因为别的男生对邬倩倩太好，气冲
冲地跑过去将那个男生暴打了一次，结果自己被人家打得鼻青脸肿，一瘸一拐地回来了。
不管怎样，这种不自量力但敢于为自己的爱情去拼命的精神还是得到了同学们的一致肯
定。
高考结束后，邬倩倩考上了名牌大学，而李立远，据说是跟着他表哥去了新加坡打工。
我不知道考上名牌大学的邬倩倩最终是怎么决定嫁给李立远的，但是我想，这也许是现
实生活中的一抹情怀吧。
邬倩倩很幸运，她嫁给了那个从少女时代就可以为了她奋不顾身的男孩，我也相信，那
个男孩会一直珍惜，这份来自执着的礼物。
我们怀念那个在青春的年纪里，不顾一切拼命去爱的自己，实际上是因为，我们知道那
段时间再也回不去了。
后来的我们，有了工作，在社会上东奔西走，心里所装着的，早已不是单纯的爱恋和无
畏的勇气。但是，在我们心里，却永远都装着那样一个温柔的人，或巧笑倩兮，或美目
盼兮。

从暑假开始一直给一个小公司做实习（也不是正式的实习，算是contractor吧）
跟老板混的挺熟
今天跟老板闲聊找工作的事
我就提了下很多公司都不愿意给办H1B 这让找工作变得很难
他主动说他可以给我办H1B
下午我立即联系了下当地的律师
三方都沟通了基本上没什么问题
现在我想了解一下等我拿到H1B之后找工作会更容易吗？
我一个在life insurance company的朋友告诉他们公司不给办新的H1B 但是支持H1B
Transfer
这种情况普遍吗？
我现在是OPT状态 8月底开始可以到明年8月底
这份实习大概两三个月之后估计也就结束了如果那时候终止雇佣关系是不是意味着我
就没身份了？我岂不是得这段时间得找到H1B Transfer? 项目结束够我可以让我老板
给我每个月发工资然后我再还给他吗？
H1B申请费加上律师费全部下来得四五千也是挺大一笔钱不知道投入是不是值得暂
时也没什么找到别的工作的希望

where are the rashes? any contact with anything? fungal infection mostly
occurs between toes, itchy.

我觉得Chayne很讨厌！Meghan太厉害了，看起来没有很壮，但很fit,前面没太看，最后
几次推那个大雕像，还有沿着绳子爬那个tower,比几个男的还快，admire...最后
Chayne说，I am glad she is mine, she responded something like, I know Chayne
and I will be friends forever... doesn't it sound to you she is not that
sure about their future? hehe, I like to see couples or two generations,
both of which are usually more interesting than siblings.

If I were you, I would not pay such a large amount of money at my cost. In
the light of Cap Count for H-1B this year, it is not necessary to get one
for your purpose of getting an entry-level job in another company. If you
could not find one after your current job terminates,your H1b status would
be lost.

It would be enough if it can run MS office and Adobe Acrobat. I have seen
all kinds of notebooks in class. And I have seen all kinds of games being
played in class as well. You definitely need one though, at least for exams.
And in most cases, we type faster than we write.

平时在家，就光脚走路，别穿袜子，别穿鞋。脚气的原因就是脚趾丫有水汽。

谢谢！
再问一下，你的公证书是在国内做的吗？如果是，英文翻译件上有签名和公章吗？我的
公证书只有中文的有签名和红色公章，英文的上面只有钢印，扫描以后完全看不到，看
起来跟假的没什么区别。

netbook is only good for keeping notes and typing up documents. if you run a
few programs, it will slow down a lot. but the biggest problem is its
screen. it's just too small. the keyboard also too cramped. remember you're
going to use this thing many hours a day. better get a regular laptop that
is better on the eyes and hands. You can handle a few extra pounds, can't
you?

单以音质论，ATH 的耳机性价比都比较差。最好买二手的。

我老公的找不到公安局的证明，就用户口本做的公证，然后我就把户口本的复印件给交
了。而且英文公证书上就是没有公章，只有他们所谓的“一印到底”的钢印，如果你公
证书多，就寄份原件过去吧

Good point. I bought a Thinkpad X41 right before school started,
thinking it would be good for at least three years of law school. I had
to replace it with a R50 after the first semester, for exactly the
reasons ncode mentioned below (even though X41 supposedly has a near-
fullsize keyboard). The 15-inch R50 was great to use but at 7 lbs was a
beast to haul around, so into my 2L year I had to switch again, this
time to a T60. And then I was happy.
So if you like thinkpads, might want to give

Oh. Did not see the netbook part. That is too small.
Nowadays the most popular notebook in my class is the 13'' macbook. I feel
it is a little bit too small.
