我原来的一个室友欠我的房租（我付房东的房租，然后他付给我）他开了一张支票给我
，但是说要我等2周去兑现。当时我也没有在意。过了两周，他又说账上没有钱，让我
再等。一直拖了3个月。我现在离开原来住的地方。真不知怎样要回这欠款？
谁能给我一些办法？我知道他其他帐上有钱。只是想赖着。
我知道学校international offce 有律师，是不是学校的律师可以免费帮我。
我是一个很穷的学生，平时每一分钱都很省得。而他却是J1,(其实大家都知道国内的J1的)，只是我早来半年。没想到会碰到这样的人。

why don't you go to your bank and cash the check he gave to you?

there are no money in his check account, but i guest there are money in
save account, can i get it from save account?
if i cannot get the money, i will go to get the attorney of university for
this thing. so everyone should notice the J1 from china since they will come
back to china and willnot care about the credit in unite state, especial
come from certain province(i think everyone know it)

欠钱少的话，走法律渠道费时间费金钱，可能算账下来还赔钱
诈骗穷学生确实该死，通过个人能力要帐看看，hoho
不过，长远来看，钱上的事情都是小事，看开些。
