你以为女性想拍的私房是这样的。
实际上大部分女性是想拍这样的。
选对摄影师很重要。
这个问题恶意提问的太明显了，去恶意揣测别人。
女生拍私房的目的无非是为了记录自己年轻时候的样子，如果想约炮去社交软件上挂着
大把男性会去约，约个高富帅比穷三代的摄影师好多了。

我lg和我2个月前找到一个律师想开一个trust fund account. 第一次见面时（一个星
期五）给了他第一笔钱$30000 （有收据）。律师说周末他会准备paperwork， 周一就
可以sign. 但是我lg和我周六就决定不存trust fund了。 并立刻打电话给律师通知了
他这个决定。周一和律师见面时就没有签paperwork. 律师给我们开了两张他的trust
fund account的check. 但是律师说他的accountant由于家庭原因那个周末出远门了，
我们的钱还没有打进他的trust fund account. 他要我们等他的通知，他说能存了，我
们才可以存。我们相信了于是决定等他的通知，可是快两个月过去了，他还是说他无法
联系上他的accountant. 我们不能存钱。我就奇了怪了，这钱到底存哪去了，不是应该
直接存到他的trust fund account吗？我们的check早在快两个月前被他deposit了。
根他的accountant有什么关系？ 上个星期我实在是不想等了，给了他最后的通牒，并
存了两张他给我们的支票。今天得知银行return了我们的支票。我们很愤怒，怎么把钱
要回来呀？ 我们准备file compliant against this lawyer to the bar association

这个是要吊销执照的。
告他的话，多少律师费看你找多贵的律师了。

(1) File a complaint with the bar association (the state bar will
investigate and may help you report his action to the authorities);
(2) File a police report with your local sheriff's office. Writing a bad
check (check fraud) is a felony in most states; and
(3) Let him know that you are doing (1) and (2).
I don't think there is any need for you to hire a lawyer to recover the
money. If he is judgment-proof, there is nothing you can do to get your
money back. Otherwise, you should be able to get your money back by
following my suggestions above.

result he might lack the intent to defraud anyone with the check. If he
committed no crime, op might still need to file a civil law suit.

May be, but filing the complaints may do the trick.
At least they can only help, won't hurt.
Although the OP would be smart to warn first and
give the guy some time (say 10 days) and file if
no progress.
