我打算起诉上一个雇主公司就工伤问题。我现在不再在之前工作的城市。请问我能不能
在现在所在城市请律师和起诉。

前雇主在田纳西，小公司，就在当地有业务．新城市在费城．行么？还是必须在田纳西
起诉？
