大家好！
上个月我刚生完小孩，然后一直感觉有异味且下体不太舒服，上上个礼拜还发了一次烧。
上个星期三我发现vagina里有黑色硬块，第二天去医院检查发现原来医生在缝合时将一
块纱布海绵留在了里面，小鸡蛋那么大，拿出来时已经发黑而且恶臭。
我已经将纱布从医院带了回来，在去医院取出前也拍了照片，而且医院有相关记录。
想问一下这算不算医疗事故，应该怎么和医院交涉，要不要请律师来处理这个问题。

Cong. You have a strong case against the hospital and the responsible
physicians (including the operator,surgeons, nurse, head of the operation
unit, anesthetist, etc). What you need to do right now, just some tips for
your information:
1) keep all evidences. they are the item left in your body, the testimony of
your doctor -- the one take the item out of your body; the photos, better
be the ones taken in the hospital; doctors will be very honest if they are
not the liable surgeons. Keep everyth

usually you can easily find in local yellow page book or internet or ask all
your friends. If you prefer Chinese lawyer, you can search local Chinese
newspaper. It's better to talk to 3 lawyer, and choose best one you like.
