今年夏天在onetravel.com定了回国的机票，因为其他原因没有回成。打电话之后他们
许诺我60天内refund我$1,150。结果现在受到通知，说是已经申请破产，file chapter
11，拒绝支付。请问有什么办法讨债吗？我把通知列在下面。谢谢帮助。。。。

如果file了chapter 11是不是就要对待所有creditor一视同仁了？
有多少资产大家按比例分？

Under Chapter 11, there is a priority list of payment (section 507), AFTER
they pay the secured creditors. You are probably under 7th order on that
list. It will be very hard to get any money back even you were the 1st order
on that list, since the secured creditors have the first priority above all
, and may claim most of the pie. (you can google chapter 11 on wiki)
Also it looks like an executory contract, the court may reject it at the
first place to financially favor the company and its cred
